Our Practice
A practice built on patience, precision, and respect for the people we work with
Sutthi was founded in Bangkok to give individuals a calmer, clearer path through pension-related legal matters.
Back to HomeHow Sutthi came to be
Sutthi was established in Bangkok's Bang Rak district with a straightforward purpose: to offer individuals a calmer and more comprehensible way through pension protection matters. The founders noticed that many people arriving at legal offices were anxious — not because their situations were unusually difficult, but because the legal process itself had never been explained to them clearly.
The practice was designed from the start to address that. Every meeting is structured to give clients a plain account of where they stand. Every document is drafted with the client's understanding in mind, not just formal compliance. The aim is that by the time a matter concludes, clients feel they have genuinely understood what happened and why.
Over the years, Sutthi has worked with retirees, employees approaching the end of long careers, and families managing pension arrangements on behalf of relatives. The common thread is that each person deserves clear information and steady support — not pressure, and not confusion.
What guides the work we do
Transparency
We tell clients plainly what we can do, what we cannot, and what each stage of a matter involves — before it begins.
Respect
Pension matters often touch on people's retirement security and personal history. We handle each matter with the care that reflects.
Steadiness
We do not rush clients. Legal processes have timelines, but the pace of explanation and decision-making follows the client, not the calendar.
Clarity
Legal language is translated into plain terms. Clients understand what they are agreeing to at every point, without needing prior legal knowledge.
The people behind the practice
Each member of our team brings a specific focus, and all share the same commitment to patient, well-explained legal work.

Nalinee Wattana

How we maintain professional quality
Every aspect of our practice is shaped by the standards we hold ourselves to — in legal work, communication, and data handling.
Registered legal practice
Sutthi operates as a registered legal entity under Thai law, with all practitioners holding current qualifications recognised by the Thai Bar Association.
Personal data protection
Client data is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We hold only what is needed and retain it for the period legally required.
Document accuracy review
All formal documents go through an internal review before submission. Each draft is checked for factual accuracy, completeness, and appropriate legal basis.
Responsive communication
We return calls and messages within one business day. Clients are never left uncertain about the status of their matter for more than a day.
Continuing legal education
The legal team participates in ongoing professional development to remain current with Thai pension law, regulatory updates, and procedural changes.
Plain-language commitment
We have an internal guideline that any advice given verbally or in writing should be understandable to a client without a legal background.
Pension protection legal work in Bangkok — what Sutthi does and how
Sutthi operates from Surawong Road in Bang Rak, a location that places the practice close to the government offices and courts most relevant to pension-related legal work in Thailand. The location is deliberate — proximity to the relevant authorities reduces travel time for clients and allows the team to attend hearings and submit documents with minimal disruption.
The practice focuses on three areas: initial rights clarification, formal claim preparation, and complete legal representation. These three services cover the range of situations that most clients face. Some need one clear meeting to understand their entitlements. Others have already received a denial or a decision they wish to challenge, and need help preparing a formal response. Others face a more extended matter and want someone to manage it fully on their behalf.
Across all three, the approach remains the same. The client is kept informed. The language used is plain. The fees are fixed and stated in advance. And the pace of the work respects the client's circumstances, not just the deadline on a form.
Sutthi's team has experience with the Social Security Office processes under Thai law, occupational pension arrangements in the private sector, and the procedural aspects of bringing matters before the relevant appeal bodies. The combination of formal legal training and a particular focus on clear communication is what the practice was built around, and what it continues to centre its work on.
