Questions people often bring to us
What does a Rights Clarification Meeting actually cover?
We review the pension arrangement in question, identify which rights apply to your specific circumstances under Thai law, and explain what those rights mean in practical terms. You leave the meeting with a clearer picture of where you stand and what options are open to you.
How long does claim preparation typically take?
Most claim preparation matters are completed within two to four weeks, depending on the documents involved and any responses from the other party. We keep you updated throughout and will let you know early if anything is likely to take longer.
Do I need to attend proceedings in person?
Under the Complete Representation service, we attend on your behalf wherever possible. There are occasions when your presence is formally required, and we will tell you well in advance, prepare you thoroughly, and remain alongside you throughout.
Are fees fixed or can they change mid-matter?
The fees shown are fixed for the service described. If a matter develops in a way that requires work outside the original scope, we discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding — you will never receive an unexpected charge.
What information should I bring to the first meeting?
Any letters, statements, or notifications you have received regarding your pension are useful. If you have an employment contract or contributions record, bring those too. If you have nothing to hand, the meeting can still be productive — we can work from your account of the situation.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Everything you share with us is treated as confidential. We do not discuss your matter with anyone outside the practice without your explicit agreement, and our data handling follows current Thai personal data protection requirements.
